Effectiveness Level – the measure of a Business Partner’s effectiveness, determined on the basis of the total of monthly Personal Points and Structure’s Points Turnovers expressed as a percentage, and
which might take the following values: 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 21% or expressed in words under the following names: a Magnolia, a Silver Magnolia, a Golden Magnolia, a Pearl Orchid (a Pearl), an Amaranth Orchid (an Amaranth), a Golden Orchid (a Gold), a Diamond Orchid (a Diamond), a Jasper Star (a Jasper), an Amethyst Star (an Amethyst), a Malachite Star (a Malachite), a Nephrite Star (a Nephrite) and an Onyx Star (an Onyx).

FM World Effectiveness Levels and qualification rules

To move up the Effectiveness Levels, an FM World member needs to achieve certain sales targets and recruitment goals, as well as maintain an active status by placing regular orders and complying with the company's policies and guidelines. The requirements for each level may vary depending on the member's country or region.

By achieving higher levels, members can earn more money, access more training and support, and enjoy greater recognition within the FM World community.
